What is the duration of our individual training programs?

The duration of BSU's individual training programs varies based on each player's needs and objectives. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate busy lifestyles, with sessions typically ranging from one-on-one training sessions to multi-day intensives. Our individual training programs focus on providing comprehensive skill development tailored to each player's strengths and areas for improvement. Through focused training sessions, players enhance their technical abilities, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental toughness. - Short term training (1 week-3 months) - Long Term Training Programs (3 weeks-12 months): Our coaches will set training objectives for your team. Our professional coaches will bring a fresh perspective to the game and re-invigorate your team to play to their full potential. Play would be in a manner that is supportive of the coach in charge of the club or team. We are available to polish and refine your players' techniques. We can provide technical training tactics, fitness conditioning & dynamic drills to enhance performance on the practice field that will give results in matches.

Our focus would be working on Brazilian Technique Training:

- Proper demonstration of the skill in question

- Frequent repetitions of the basic moves, executing them as accurately as possible

- Constructive criticism

- We aim to train motivated players who are fully focused and ready to learn.

Training Methods

Dynamic Warm-Up, Proper Stretching, Footwork Soccer Fitness Conditioning Ball Control - Fundamental that involve controlling the soccer ball using all parts of the body. Individual & Team Strategy Individual & Team Tactics Team & Individual Defense Team & Individual Offense Crossing & Finishing. Dribbling (Ginga learning how to dribble using the body and moves that are simple and effective) Motivation & Concentration (learn how to behave in different parts of the match, when in advantage and on disadvantage).

METHOD TRAINING

Transition from defense to offensive (learning to take smart decisions when recuperate the ball and quick counter-attack) Transition Offensive to defense (learning how to recuperate the ball possession and initiate the offensive phase). Defense phase: Phase of the game when the Team does not have the soccer ball and initiates the defense phase. Offensive phase: Phase of the game when the Team recuperates the soccer ball and initiates the offensive phase. Crossing & Finishing (finding the player that is best positioned to score the goal) Dead soccer balls: Defense dead ball & offense soccer balls.
